1. Delivery Locations
We currently offer worldwide shipping through our trusted logistics partners, ensuring safe and timely delivery to most locations across the globe.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on your delivery location.
Please allow additional time during festivals, sales periods, or unexpected logistical disruptions.
3. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: Shipping is free of charge across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): No additional charge is applied.
(Note: COD may not be available in all locations.)
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email, allowing you to monitor your package in real time.
5. Failed Deliveries
Orders may be cancelled or delayed if:
The delivery address is incomplete or incorrect
The recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery
Repeated COD refusals occur from the same customer profile
In such cases, shipping costs (if applicable) will not be refunded.
6. Important Note
For any returns or exchanges, a box opening video is mandatory at the time of unboxing. This ensures a valid and traceable verification process for damaged or incorrect items.
