We do not accept any returns or process refunds, whether for used or unused items.
No exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
While we do not offer returns, if you receive a damaged or wrong product, you may contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

A clear unboxing video (mandatory) showing the product and issue
If found valid, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
